I am (was) here at 12:00am, saying hello to a godforsaken little space of mine. The last post is dated almost 2 months ago and I'd be surprised if anyone ever visits this site again. I'm here to rant and don't know where to even begin. It's like a million zillion texts and voices dashing through my malfunctioning brain now. I hope I will still refresh this page and find new entries in hope that I will still be able to recall the important, not so important and random events in my life.
One thing for sure, for the past 2.5 months, I've transited from that "stupid ADM, don't let me skip foundation year and make me suffer" year one newbie to a "sch is so damn boring and I need stronger motivation & inspiration to spur me on" year two film major. I think my heart has grown cold and I must admit I'm less friendly and take no interest in making new friends in class. (Good thing there's manoj. Hurhur.) But, I will not stay this way. I'll find back myself and the purpose of my existence in this relatively new school. (stop living in regrets about not having to apply for overseas scholarship and feel embarrassed about my unfulfilled GPA which I dread to send to MDA for the yearly report thingy)
Let's not forget the good gifts - new knowledge and good friends especially the 3 whom I've met up today for our long promising outing which failed to take place since my birthday (b'cos I was so ill). Thank you, for the dear friendships we forged over the past year. I terribly missed the comforting and laughing times we shared for the past 2 semesters. Classes certainly feel less exciting without you guys, seriously. I'm glad I was able to celebrate your birthdays. And today's my 2nd time watching UP!
Sentiments aside, I thought of some numbers. Firstly, I'm so proud of myself for exceeding my financial goal of earning four thousand dollars this hols. I think I earned five thousand and six hundred in the end. I'm terrible at being thrifty so I better be wiser with my hard earned money. Secondly, I fulfilled one of my greatest desires! I revamped my room, repainted the walls, parted with my 12 year old study desk and embraced new ikea furniture at good prices. Though it's still not completed yet, but at the very least, my room is less of a shambles now. I shall just throw everything else away and live with the bare minimum, no?
Okay, I've another 1001 updates but I've to return to reality and finish up some work tonight.
Lays, if you happen to read this, I hope you're growing stronger and richer with every new/good/bad/weird experiences in HK! 加油！! ! (:
